Complete a detailed symptom and history questionnaire before we meet, allowing me to review your baby’s individual circumstances in advance.
Introduction to Infant Reflux
Receive an introductory presentation to work through before your consultation, helping you understand reflux and prepare for our discussion.
60-Minute Virtual Consultation
We’ll explore your baby’s symptoms and the potential contributing factors, before developing practical, individualised strategies to support your baby.
Continue Independently
This package does not include ongoing follow-up support, making it ideal if you feel confident implementing your plan independently.
Package 2
Follow- up Support
For families who would like additional reassurance and guidance after beginning their personalised plan.

Everything included in package 1, plus:
60 minute Follow-up Consultation
Approximately one week after implementing your initial recommendations, we'll meet virtually to review tour baby's progress.
Review & Adapt
We'll discuss any changes in symptoms, what has been working well and any ongoing concerns. Adapting your recommendations where appropriate.
Continued Guidance
An opportunity to ask questions and receive further guidance as you continue supporting your baby.
Package 3
Enhanced Support
For families who would benefit from closer support and additional feeding guidance while implementing their baby’s individualised plan.

Everything included in Packages 1 & 2, plus:
30 minute Feeding Assessment
A dedicated feeding assessment, available virtually or in person where appropriate, allowing us to explore feeding and any factors that may be contributing to your baby’s symptoms.
Three email check-ins
Three planned email check-ins during the first week, giving you the opportunity to update me on your baby’s progress, ask questions and receive additional guidance between consultations.
Closer Support
Additional reassurance while you begin implementing changes, helping you feel supported and confident with your baby’s plan.
Package 4
Comprehensive Support
My highest level of support for families who would like continued guidance while working through their baby’s reflux symptoms.

Additional 60-minute Folloe- Up Consultation
A further virtual consultation approximately 2 weeks after implementing your inital recommendations.
Further Progress Review
We’ll review how your baby is responding, discuss any remaining or changing symptoms and explore what may need adjusting.
